If you have’t already provided them, you will need to provide:
1. The Settlement Plan from the Canada.ca website. This is simply the screen print of the list of things you will do once you are approved and immigrate to Canada.
2. Proof of your relationship with your uncle through birth certificates that prove identity on the family chain. They are not clear on the website but I would think you would need both your parent’s birth certificate, your uncle’s birth certificate, and perhaps their parent’s birth certificate to prove they have the same parents.
3. Proof of your uncle’s status in the province, through a permanent resident card, utility bills, and medical card.
4. Proof of financial sufficiently for your uncle through lease or mortgage documents showing required monthly payments, and proof of income that should be well in excess of the monthly housing payments.
5. A signed certification of the logistics of your settlement plan, stating perhaps that you will stay with your uncle if that is the case, until you secure your own housing.
Hope this helps and best of luck!
