File transfer is initialization process of your case so yes, BGC, Eligibility etc everything is done after the file transfer.

What's your timeline?

Thats not true mine started processing back at cpc mississauga.till today i was thinking that m the only one but today saw another guy in fb group whose bg check started processing at cpc messissauga.he also got his decission made today.

Most of all the cases I have seen till date have the situation I described but it may be that some cases go the way you are describing.

Hello.i m may 2018 applicant.app recieved on 10th may.and on gckey it showss application recieved on 9th august.does it means file is transfered already.? Didnt get any mail yet.medicals done on 27th july.

It can be a technical error.it will be better to ask through web form.

Try checking ECAS using sponsor UCI information and then try checking again using principal applicant UCI. Thats the most information ive gotten. I still havent been able to link my Gckey to this date.

I am using PA UCI it never shows me anything about Eligibility just shows me that they have received my medicals.

Does your ECAS show eligibility passed with PA UCI?
