Medical request received today. From Mississauga

June 4th Applicant originally. One part changed to 'decision made' on sponsor approval, which I guess must have been good news as now we have a medical request.

I think the first one is they have decide whether or not the person is allowed to sponsor somebody, has met all the requirements etc.

Yes, that's for the sponsor, the first step of the process

I guess the change of CPC from Mississauga to Sydney made things quite slower. I have been following the tracker and now the AOR is taking some 50 to 57 days... I am June 27th and still nothing ehehehehe...

BTW, I don't if any of you guys know how to deal with this but my application is for Manitoba as our initial place of choice because of family; however, I am in touch these days with a friend and former co-worker who is living in Montreal for the past 5 years and he is pushing a job offer for me there. As I know that there are differences on the immigration process for the province of Quebec, I wonder if there is any way to change this now or if i would need to go to Winnipeg before and then try to move to Montreal.
Any thoughts on this?

Just to update ,I got SA letter today and GCkey updated.DM in ECAS.June 15th Applicant.AOR1 on August 02,2018.
Looks like things have started moving in sydney

You might just be waiting for AOR 2 from your local VO which is the “we are processing...” line on the PA’s Ecas

You can either talk to a call centre agent and ask them where your file is, or wait until you receive communication from them.

On the other hand, a little update:
Application received: June 14
SA: August 3rd
SA email: August 17

Thanks a lot.GCkey just updated eligibility requirements are being reviewed.Ecas says Decison made.Slow but still good enough to give us all a ray of hope..

Finally after 43 days of getting DM in my ecas for sponsor, I got the SA approval email today. Ecas still shows DM, do they add another line to something like correspondence sent or something?

PA application was changed to "in process " since July 5th, but both ecas and gckey detail shows "we received your application and reviewing your eligibility".

That means the application in still in Sydney? Will I receive AOR2 when they transfer the file to local VO?

I got it too, June 11th applicant, only got SA, didn't get AOR2 yet
