Congratulations for your wedding.. secondly, yes it takes a lot of time if you'd apply for your wife's visa after getting your PR.. on the other hand, you can use the next couple of months for getting her IELTS and ECA done.. try calculating the CRS with her as a co-applicant and see what are the results.. if you feel your chances are still good, Id advice to apply together..

with my score she doesnt need ielts or eca...still manage 441 after deductions...problem is i have already applied

I've heard once your score with your spouse is higher than the cutoff then you can easily add them to the pr application at any point. It will delay the process though as they pretty much have to start over. It'll be faster for you to be together rather than applying after you land.

Either way you still have to let them know you got married as your spouse is supposed to do a medical before you land.

My question is, do they notify you when IP1 changes to IP2, or was it a ghost update?

This is not a ghost update if your BGC column has changed. You may or may not get email for this update.
