Yes, before went to LVO, my application sent to New Delhi VO but because they was busy they sent it to the LVO.
I want to know how long will it takes in LVO in case that my application already is over 12months and its not my mistake! the New Delhi VO Fucking responsible for this!
I dont know how long should i wait more
I personally think you should call CIC and tell them your whole case and demand to know what's going on... surely they messed up and tell me it's really hard for you and your spouse to live like this. they will do you case on an exceptional basis
Thanks for your replied
No I am not from India! I am from Afghanistan.
When NDVO transferred my files to LVO they said because in NDVO there are so much files and they couldn’t handlet thats why some files transferred to other countries.
My file was all clear! I have been told that I will be contacted in may or jun! But in July they sent my application to the LVO.
In LVO I expect them to continue my application not to restart! And I am not sure that are they continuing or restarted my application?
When I emailed them they said: additional review required, and they will be contacted within next 3months. if any further requirements. Thats it!
I am not sure whats going on...
You really need to call your MP, explain everything and demand to know what's going on...
To find your MP, here's the link:

well .. there is nothing you can do .. just wait and have patience .. just like the rest of us ..
if you really want to, you can get your MP involved. But there are no guarantees that they will help you out ..

who gave you this advice? CIC's call centre can do nothing. they can only tell you about your file status that shows up on gckey, and that's about it ... they can't expedite it or anything .. if anything, get in touch with LVO and ask them for a detailed explaination .. and get in touch with your MP (which in my view is a total waste of time) ..
@Mirolomi .. you need to have patience now .. really .. otherwise you will lose your mind over this .. so just relax .. your file in queue for a review .. pray that it get's done soon ..

yes, it's in an outland application .. unless your wife was here in Canada and then you would apply through inland application, not sure if your file would still land in London Visa Office or would get processed here in Canada.
regardless, follow the checklist and procedure shown on the website .. if you get stuck anywhere, feel free to search the thread/forum for similar questions or ask away here ..
@MM345 .. i know you are away but no clue where
@posse is .. so can someone update spreadsheets ??

Did the principle applicant have no travel history or anything ? because that was a very quick background check. The rest of us have been waiting for background check to end for months
