Acknowledgement not received.

I have submitted my documents for canada student visa on july 23 and i.have not yet received an acknowledgement letter what to do?

Offline application i.have not linked it to online application the vfs tracking says your application is being processed at canada visa office bangalore can i call them?

You should link it, you are a recent applicant so dont worry too much it takes time. They usually dont answer questions on phone.

@Johnsnow 007 they did not ask for biometrics and i did not receive any email regarding application submission.

This is strange for an offline application or was it stated that your country is exempted from taking biometrics, you should check CIC website to be sure, and if your country isn't exempted, contact CIC immediately either by mail or webform as it wasn't suppose to take too long to do a biometric for offline application

That aside, you link your application to online to see if anything changes there
