Student permit refused

Please, help me out. I have full scholarship funding for MA program in Canada. My schools resumes on 4th Sept. I applied for student permit on 11th July but got refused today 7th August. The reasons are: I am not sure you have sufficient and available financial resources to pay your tuition without working, length of proposed study in Canada, purpose of study, and personal assets and financial status.

Why all these? I have full scholarship and presented a bank and investment account from my brother. I don't understand the reasons for my rejection. What can I do now guys? Please, help! My time is very short.

List all the docs you submitted as proof of funds and the amounts so we get a clearer picture.

Does the program make sense in terms of your past studies/work and future opportunities? Did you include a study plan that explained this?

I did add a study plan clearly explain everything.

yes. My program is right in line with my previous studies. The VO has not said anything about that

I think go read the required supporting documents for your country on ircc website, check the paper based application package and go through the requirements. When someone is sponsoring you they need to provide a lot of things.
Dont know why those other reasons without knowing your profile or what you put in application, you can order caips notes for more clarity, lots of threads on caips in this forum.

may be the problem here is u have to show ur own funds in ur own account rather than brother's

Your proposed studies are not reasonable in light of one or more of: your qualifications, previous studies, missing mark sheets, academic record, level of establishment, language abilities, or your future prospects and plans."
I am going for UG program named recreation and leisure
Maybe they rejected me because l am a commerce student
And also l have gap of 2 years
What should l do?

You need a program that is inline with your past studies and experience or you need to somehow explain how you went from commerce to rec & leisure and how it makes sense for your future career in your study plan. And of course you need to include all docs if you didn't.

Defer your admission to January intake then re apply

An affidavit is one of the things that should be added wherein the sponsor should swear an oath that the money is available for use by the applicant freely.
