most colleges have just started accepting applications for january 2019 intake. first step for you is to select a college/university and the program you wish to take. if you plan on working after graduation, make sure that the dli you selected offers programs that qualifies for pgwp: https://www.canada.ca/en/immigratio...re/designated-learning-institutions-list.html
