You can check the status of your application online without gckey as well. You should contact LVO immediately because it is more then 12 months in your case and it’s not normal. Send them email and ask them the status of your application they might need to conduct an interview, so you will be able to know what is really happening?

I already checked but it doesn’t shows that they received my medical and i passed it. In my GCkey acount shows me that i passed the medical exam. So what is your ideas???

I will suggest you to send LVO an email and mention urgent in the subject. Ask them why you did not hear anything from them and also tell the details your application number, when you applied and the applicant name. I hope you will hear something within 2 days. Then you will have an idea about your application

My husband received his pre arrival email last saturda and exactly last week monday he was asked to provide a marriage certificate which we gave witg tbe application. However there has ben no start of a background check yet. We keep checking every few hoursGetting really anxious now...ecas still has... in process for pa column

Ecas will only change from in process to decision made once your background check are done too. So I guess you should send them what they need again and just wait for the background checks to be done

No I think you should wait for a bit because your eligibility has passed that’s the main thing and now wait for the background checks to get done also.

No I think you should wait for a bit because your eligibility has passed that’s the main thing and now wait for the background checks to get done also.

If you get pre arrival then I don’t think that they will send PFL now. And best of luck to you for your future.

Same happened with me. We got request to submit uodated PCC then a day later we got pre arrival services letter.
We uploaded the additional document on friday. Our background check still hasnt started while November applicants are getting passport requests
