When the "Ghost update" shows up on MyCIC Account, do you receive also an email that is saying that there is new message on MyCIC ?

Hi. My question is, once we got “approved” (the one indicated in the cic account) does it mean that we’re just waiting for the pr card to be delivered?
 
I also got approved on Saturday, I believe there will be a bit delay this week in card deliveries due to holiday on August 6th.
 
How can I check our application status using UCI?

My husband landed july 24th. He has the CoPR can he travel outside canada?

Does the “ghost update” means that you received an email from the cic saying that “application is updated” is that it? Thanks a lot!
