Mine is stuck in ip1 since july 11 too, not sure what to make of it. What does your Additional Docs status say? Mine says 'we do not need additional docs'. Not sure if eligibility is passed or not yet!
same as you, but seems like Ottawa office is little quicker than other visa office. My friend's AOR date is 25th June and she already got PPR last night .............
I think on the webform says they only reply to certain things if you haven't crossed 6 months processing. You will most likely have to call and ask about those specifically.

guys,... my suggestion, stop comparing cases until your profile is exactly same..
let me brief out certain things which hamper your case.
1. NOC and skillset and Job
2. Company you worked for ( bigger companies less hassle)
3. PCC and travel history.
4. Country of origin and also region in that country
5. Officer working on you case( major factor) , so in Ottawa one office can be fast because of experience and other little slow(luck based)
I just called the agent and he was very helpful and polite. He answered all the questions very nicely. He said my background check is almost about to get complete and I can expect PPR anytime soon. He also said that my application was way too ahead according to the processing time.
I also asked in general if the applications are getting processed faster and he said that they are processing all the applications as a fast pace.
My VO is Nova Scotia. Anyone else has the same VO?
