Also, I would recommend that you join July AOR group (as your submission is in July) instead to compare your application's progress with your compatriots as it will be more useful for you.

its still at the CIO, give them a call when you reach IP2, they will tell where your application is getting processed.

Yes these days some files are being processed end to end at CIO itself, and in some case sent quite late to LVO. Its tough to predict anything with IRCC tbh.

There is no significance of that message, people are known to get it totally randomly.

AOR date is June 29th. And yes, I am a FSW-Outland applicant. Indian citizen applying from the US.

IP1 - Jun 13th
No update after that.
Called upto CIC twice and got the same update as my eligibility is in 'Recommended Pass' and processing at Motreal Office.
