Parents and Grandparents Sponsorship 2018

I was asked to submit 5 documents (2 police certificates, 2 confirmations of medical exam and 1 travel form). I'm ready to send confirmations of medical exam. The question is: is it possible to upload and sumbmit the documents separately or all 5 need to be submitted at once? I realize that the question might seem stupid but I'm afraid that if I click submit button other 3 docs will be considered not submitted and the links for these 3 docs will disappear.

Where are you uploading them , what button you are talking about ?

don't worry myin was delivered on may 17 and i just saw online status yesterday and no AOR yet, so I would say you will receive something by the end of next week.
But like i said don't worry its pretty normal.

At present i have got approval for Sponsorship and file has been transferred to local visa office.

Just linked the file, used family member numbers as 4 instead of 2

I had to resubmit IMM008 before and then I got a letter saying my application was accepted for 2018 PGP intake this week , is that the AOR or the Sponsor approval letter?

Hi, we have received letter of acceptance for parents sponsorship last week.

What would be the next step? Will CIC mail us with next step like medical certificates, police verification etc.

I linked the application, so last week i received 3 separate e-mails informing about new messages in my on-line account. So the medical forms and a letter were there and there are 5 links to upload the documents.

Mine was delivered on May 17 as well but I can't find it on ECAS. What information you used to look up your application?

It's AOR likely. If your ECAS (under 'Sponsorship Application Status') says "Application Received", it's AOR. If it says "Decision Made", it's SA.
