I've currently received an ITA under CEC thanks to my Canadian experience (3 months + 11 months)
My first job (3 months) was that of a Business Consultant so I gave NOC 1122 but looking back on the roles & responsibilities, the NOC should rather be 4163. Since I've gotten the ITA, should I decline it and submit a new profile as I'm worried to submit an application with an incorrect NOC.
Can anyone provide me some inputs on this?
Thank you.

No, you do not need to decline for this. The NOCs are both level A and the change does not affect anything. You can change your NOC code (you should, if the initial code was incorrect), just include a letter of explanation.
