I just received pre-arrival email. Someone knows how long approx does it take to get DM or PPR?

So today when I went to myCIC, my application status had changed from “submitted” to “application has been updated”. But I don’t see any changes, in myCIC or ECAS. Any ideas?
I’m at 17 months and 11 days...

Submitted: 13/02/2017
AOR: 13/03/2017
MR: 19/12/2017
Meds done: 05/01/2018
Police cert req: 22/01/2018
PC submitted: 27/02/2018
