Hey guys, what did you all fill under IMM 0008 form UCI of PA.
When we become PR and we declare our non-accompanying spouse, a different UCI is allocated for her too. Can we write that UCI number here?

Yes, once an applicant has an UCI, that never changes. It would be the equivalent of a SIN for Canadian citizens.

Don’t submit anything that’s not specifically requested, as it will be shredded by the officer and might get the officer in a bad mood (they have to scan all the documents that are submitted).

Im so confused. My husband and i sent in our stuff and it was received on June 29th. But when i try to use the Client Application Status page on the CIG site, its telling me my application cant be found. We haven't heard anything yet. Is this normal? Is the AOR1 when they actually start processing it?

When was ur application recieved and when did u get Aor1?

The online status tool changed sponsorship application to Decision Made, however no email was recieved . Current timeline below .

Application recieved : June 4th
AoR: July 13
Medical Request: 19 July

AOR 1 July 10.

Medical Exam Request July 16.

Medical exam July 17.

Sponsor Approval July 17.

Still wondering what happens next..

We have similar time line. My app was received on May 29.
1. Has your BGC started on GCKey?
2. Your sponsor will receive file transfer email. I guess you are US citizen. In most cases, your file will stay in CPC-M. Same as me.
3. You will see “you passed the medical exam” on GCkey in a couple days. In my case, I did med exam on Friday and it got updated on the following Tuesday.

Old form if used like of feb 2018 it file recieved on june 4 will not be issue right ?

In that call we asked specifically for the form 008 that was updated one day before we sent the application

It's because your application hasn't been inputted into the system. You can't see the status until you get AOR (which I am assuming you don't have)
