Also The checklist does not ask for original certificate but a certified copy,why I need to send original and all other docs should be original or just copies.

Under family class sponsorship.

There is no timeline. My case started processing from 16th Feb, 2018 and sponsor decision was made on 11th Jul, 2018. and now case forward to LVO office.

They are taking forever now and the avarage processing time is 11to12 months but if you are among of very few lucky ones you will get in in 8 months or so.

Did they start your background check yet ? You should contact your visa office and inquire about this.
