Decision made as of today, July 12. Now awaiting for oath schedule.

Also, my husband recieved the IRCC two weeks after our citizenship test. I recieved mine yesterday, and then the DM today.

Hello Admin - can you please add me to the spreadsheet?

1. We received your application for Canadian citizenship (grant of citizenship) on February 26, 2018.
2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s), and a study book called Discover Canada on March 21, 2018.
3. We started processing your application on May 10, 2018.
4. Applied from Mississauga

On a side note, I think Mississauga applications are taking longer; just checked the Jan 2018 applicants and some with processing dates in January are yet to receive test invite. That's 6 months waiting; so I would think I wouldnt receive an invite for test before October. Anyone else observed this?

Something interesting regarding the processing. My friend from north of Toronto applied in December, got AOR in Feb and in process in early March, took test end of May, yet to get Oath date.

His wife and kid applied in March got In process date as 3rd week of June. His wife got Test invite now, within 2 weeks of in process date of June, I see lot of in process dates in April/ May not getting test invite. Not sure how her application got processed? Their application is being processed at Scarborough office. But people from Toronto and Scarborough are not getting test invite...

Each application has its own timeline and nothing is guaranteed for when it'll be done. It's legit case-by-case and depends on who's looking at it. It's also summer time, so things are moving a little slower. All you can do is be patient.

I received FP letter today. My local IRCC Office is Surrey but the FP letter i received is from Vancouver office. Has my file been transferred to vancouver? Any idea guys

Ok. So if they asking for FP do we need to go to police or RCMP office to have our FP taken? And where we send the FP? To local IRCC office or send it to Nova Scotia?

The notice you will receive by mail will be your official confirmation of your appointment. If you have not received this notice prior to the date of your scheduled appointment, please contact us.

+ pdf with all info about citizenship test.

I never received any other mail i have only this email. can i print pdf from this email and bring it for test with the documents(passports and others docs)?

A print-out of the attachment should be enough. We got the same messages and never received a mail. We did our test fine with the email attachment printout.

Literally in the instructions.

"If you have not received this notice prior to the date of your scheduled appointment, please contact us."

If you don't get it by July 26th, click the "contact us" link and follow their instructions. They're sending it by snail mail, or so it looks. If you don't have anything from them in the form of an email, assume it's snail mail and keep checking.
