I have applied for the spouse sponsorship on july 2017 from Qatar, my file was received on 25th of July,
I received a letter to acknowledge the receipt of my application on 15th of September
then I got a medical exam request, I passed the exam on 20th of September
Then the Police clearance and schedule A on the end on september
My file has been transferred to London visa office in November
from that time no any update until 29 May 2018, they requested a proof that my wife wants to go back to Canada, we submitted it, then they changed the additional documents status to not applicable
and up to now no any update, we are reaching 12 months soon
the bachground check not yet started
what to do?

That was my Gckey said i dont know whats next we have consultant i dont know whats happening ..our application is almost 1year this july 25 and since april no more update
