Relax, give them some time.
What processing time shown for UAE? Let it cross..usually in 2 weeks they refuses. But if its taking time so keep praying.
Biometric request???
no medical for UAE.

refusal was in 2016, Reasons I presume SOP was not impressive.

Officer Decision:
1. You have not satisfied me that you would leave Canada at the end of your stay. In reaching this decision, I considered several factors, including:

• travel history
• family ties in Canada and in country of residence
• Not satisfied that you are a bona fide student & would depart Canada at end of authorized stay.

Today is 23rd day, the status is still "Your status is in progress, we will send message when we start recreview your eligibility". Why after 23 days also they haven't statsta reviewing my application?
