After getting PR card by applicant , if applicant & sponsor(Canadian Citizen) start living together outside Canada , Does the time which they spend together outside Canada count or not in order to maintain time requirement of 3 years for citizenship?

2) I am a 2012 applicant my visa office was Islamabad, where is my file now.
Ans: Again, all old cases have been transferred to London Visa Office. So your file is now at London. So dont worry about file. send queries to LVO not Islamabad.

3) I did not received any communication after CPC Mississauga approval where is my file?
Ans: London Visa Office

Islamabad is only responsible for visit and student visa.

Your visa office is London. And you will receive an email when they will approve the sponsors eligibility and send your file to LVO.

Pretty soon I guess. There is nothing for sure here. What about the sponsors eligibility approval??

It took 6.5 months to them to send my file to LVO.

I would advise you to call IRCC and talked to an agent and make sure what is happening.
