An Oct 18, 2017 applicant just received PPR for his wife today. File transferred to London visa office Jan 22, 2018. Posted in Facebook group.

Can someone ask this Oct 18 applicant whether his spouse change the name on NIC and passport after marriage?

idk if case strong banta hai, but my wife(the applicant) changed her last name to mine after sending application and then got a new CNIC and passport to reflect the new name. i sent all that info to lvo and they update it on their system. i am oct 2017 applicant also and no updates for me so far

it can take anywhere from few days to months. we dont know exactly how long it takes.

Simply tell them that you applied on xyz date and you received back ur docs on xyz and you'd like to know status of your application. That's it. Dont forget to mention ur application number.
