Same here, we are a family for four. I and my younger kid have received our PR card while there is a photo request for my elder kid and shows processing for my spouse for last 2 weeks. What's your situation?

Mine is approved, but my common law partner's isn't. Called CIC and they dont know why as well...

Hi All,

I did my landing on May25th and while I am trying to add the PR Card applications for my Son, wife and myself, i am not able to find the application for myself and my wife. I was able to track my kids application though and i have successfully added it to my CIC login but i am wondering if anyone knows why i am not able to find my own application? We did the landing together while driving through peace bridge. When i enter in all the details to try to find out the application, it says no record found. I submitted a service request as well but no response for 15 days now.

Can anyone help please?

Ours was through email only; nothing came in regular mail or updated on MyCIC.

yes, no updates, Spoke to them a few days ago as well. They also confirmed there are no updates on my application.

No idea what is happening anymore.

I can understand your pain - it's been 4 months and 2 days since I've landed and there's no PR card on the horizon yet. I've received 2 photo rejections so far so you can imagine my plight

Anyway the point I am trying to make is: don't lose heart! Your card will be with you sooner or later.

officially raised a web inquiry, lets see if they respond.

I wouldn't hold my breath if I were you. In most cases, they just send a cut and paste reply to web queries. Good luck anyway!

I've submitted photos twice - once in April and the next time in June - nothing for me so far. Good luck to you!

I'm really confused...my wife's photographs were received 10 days prior, but there has been no change to the status of her application. The same for my daughter whose new photo's were received on the 25 May.
I just hope that the new photographs have not been lost in the processing center.

Just hang on there. Your daughter’s might have just been an outlier and it is just a little later than others and will come sometime this week.

I have raised Web Inquiry hoping that I should get a reply by Friday but to be honest not expecting any.
They don't accept calls from outside of Canada.
What are the other ways to reach them?
