Any idea why are they requesting a re medical and also how much more time does it usually take to get a ppr after re medical ?

actually it does make sense since her application is still in process and you have to enter in Canada before your medical expires. Since your previous medical is expiring in 20 days and your application is still in process so they need a new one

Do I need to fill that form ? If yes , then how I can edit pdf file?
no they sent you a declaration form as an example of someone else if you watch it closely it is not for you. they will ask you to sign it when you go there on the day of medical examination

you have to send these documents before the due date and explain them why you can not submit pcc for now and you will submit it as soon as you get it.
nothing to worry about that shitty procedural fairness letter. the one i received had 7 allegations and same 30 days time was given to have those cater them. all u need to worry about is that u have got the cohabitation rusksati valima pictures and answers to all the queries raised. i guess you will be having email your whatsapp chat .. have some romantic chats on records... remove routine k phadday from chats. make a word file for all these things, screenshots call logs attach them to single page on word file. for pictures dont worry attach them to a word file as well attach them so they will loose their original size with also some loss of pixels. create a word or ppt file album for pictures. you can attach plenty of pics in this way . along with attaching pictures mention the name of people in pictures . we did it by referencing pics u can also do it besides the attached pictures, at the end convert that file to pdf and submit it. chating material, emails social media connectivity and all related communication along with cohabitation pics will satisfy them of genuine relationship
Can you share the first paragraph of your PFL.. i mean in which it is written i assessed and you do not meet criteria of permanent resident.
i want to check the wording. for me they wrote , i determined that you donot meet requirements for permanent residence. i saw in another place, they wrote, i reviewed your application and it appear that you may not meet the requirement of immigration to canada.

Then your very lucky they didn’t ask you for an interview. How long has it been for you ? Are your 12 months done ?
Its not 5 Mb limit,,, it is multiple files can be attached in one email , but each file must be less than 5 mb.. you can send 20 MBs of attachments, but every file in attachment must be less than 5 mb, last time i sent 22 MB of data, but small files attached

Submit what you have now and send an explanation that your pcc has not arrived yet and thst you will submit thst as soon as you get it

Usually this is a good sign. You need a valid medical to get into Canada and since you have less than a month on first medical they are asking to do it again so u have enough time to enter Canada .

You should have timely asked for extention .... people donot know but ists our right to have extension in case we need and they usually provide extension ... but now that it's about time so upload those that u have and for pcc explain them situation and request extension

Print that form and take it with u to iom ... they will fill by themselves as that form contain sepafsection for them

Its a good sign ... they will definitely as beacuse timeframe to travel is earlier of medical expiry or passport expiry so offcourse they will be needing remed
