It was a long journey and time flies et finally we got our visa this day after 4 years and 7 month of process from CSQ to federal. I would like to say thanks to all the members of this marvelous group and wish good luck to those who are still waiting

Quick question,

I have received the RCMP and in order to submit it to CIC, I went into my application online, I clicked on view submitted application and then I uploaded it and I was asked to write my name as a signature etc.

Is that all ? I mean I didn't get a confirmation after submitting it..

Do I required to have USA visa to cross the border and male U-turn back into Canada ??
I need to do it because my work permit extension application is refused while waiting for PPR. Need to talk to an immigration office face to face to get work permit.

No, you do not need the USA visa. Tell USA border officer you need to flagpolling to apply for work permit, the officer will give you a paper and you can make a u-turn into Canada border.

Yes no confirmation, in status there must be written "document uploaded" etc
