I got a PFL, asking me to prove that there where lots of people in walima, i mentioned 250.
also they saying sponsor father is missing from wedding events. while he is every where in pictures,
they asked for communication proof, i didnt give them previously, i should have done that.

the wording of PFL is like they are going to fight, "i made assessment and i determine that you donot meet the requirement for permanent residence"
they are asking these answers in 30 days.

my wife when read letter she started crying, lol now i call her to come to pakistan. she got scared by the words used in PFL, which is a routine format , but she thought its over and application rejected.
I some how appreciate LVO for scaring my wife, she is not looking summer and winter and ready to come.

From what i read, if you email LVO directly, its limit of 5mb per file. there was a post with this reply from LVO i think that @khancanada got a few pages back

Its not 5 Mb limit,,, it is multiple files can be attached in one email , but each file must be less than 5 mb.. you can send 20 MBs of attachments, but every file in attachment must be less than 5 mb, last time i sent 22 MB of data, but small files attached

My husband needs to get a pcc where do I get it from and how? What is the procedure. I live in lslamabad.
Also how should i send it to lvo because i dont have any upload option on the gckey account. I assume its because we passed the deadline to submit it back in dec. anyways long story short, should i send it through webform email etc?

For Islamabad pcc you need proof of address in Islamabad like Islamabad address on your id card then you visit chief commissioner office in Islamabad there officer give you a form to fill and then you need to attest that form, your passport and id card copy from aany 17th grade officer
You also need two id card copies of your neighbors and there signs on that form and after doing this you submit that form along your attested passport and id card copy to same officer in chief commissioner office and after 4/5 working days you will get you pcc

All Three Dates on my Nadra Divorce Certificate are same.
I divorced 3 times on a stamp paper from an advocate office. He sent the Notice of Triple Divorce Deed to The Union Council and ExWife. After 5 months I applied to Union Council for Divorce Certificate. They Gave me Nadra Divorce Certificate with All three dates same as the date I announced the Divorce.
About Notices UC told me that in case of triple divorce we generally did not send any notice and if after 90 days anyone ask for divorce certificate,we used to issue it.

Following is the Part of Letter sent by LVO
Divorce certificate: Your sponsor has submitted a NARDRA Divorce Registration Certificate and a document titled Deed of Triple Divorce as proof of the divorce. In order for your sponsor’s divorce to be considered valid for immigration purposes they must demonstrate that the divorce took place according to Pakistan civil law, specifically the Muslim Family Law Ordinance (MFLO). As such please arrange for your sponsor to provide documents issued by Union Council or Court of Arbitration at the time of the divorce proceedings including all reconciliation notices. Please note that failure to provide sufficient evidence that your sponsor’s divorce took place according to the MFLO may lead to concerns that your sponsor was, at the time of your marriage, the spouse of another person and could result in a refusal of your application as per Section 117(9)(c)(i) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations.

what we did was as per our lawyers consultation and had the divorce certificate reissued and along with that we had the UC prepared a covering letter mentioning that it was an administrative error and now have been rectified after we checked our records for notices dispatch at that time.

UC guys will take some amount to get the rightful job done as well for preparing cover letter. pay them a little and have them certificate reissued with the correct dates and that dates should bot be same and as per notices dispatched or as per triple divorce document sent to divorcee. Note down the entire procedure u followed for ur divorce and for reissue as well (offcourse with the omission of bribe given to UC guys ) and get that DC attested from MOFA and submit it along with cover letter and procedure) that what we did as per our lawyer consultation. further he suggested one more procedure if this can't be done. but this thing worked

nothing to worry about that shitty procedural fairness letter. the one i received had 7 allegations and same 30 days time was given to have those cater them. all u need to worry about is that u have got the cohabitation rusksati valima pictures and answers to all the queries raised. i guess you will be having email your whatsapp chat .. have some romantic chats on records... remove routine k phadday from chats. make a word file for all these things, screenshots call logs attach them to single page on word file. for pictures dont worry attach them to a word file as well attach them so they will loose their original size with also some loss of pixels. create a word or ppt file album for pictures. you can attach plenty of pics in this way . along with attaching pictures mention the name of people in pictures . we did it by referencing pics u can also do it besides the attached pictures, at the end convert that file to pdf and submit it. chating material, emails social media connectivity and all related communication along with cohabitation pics will satisfy them of genuine relationship

my dates are different on NADRA DC, please read my post for dates 42497 on page 2834. i hope there will be no issue about dates. what do u say after reading my post 42497

Got appointment for medical but they sent me one Declaration Form which is in pdf format

Any idea why are they requesting a re medical and also how much more time does it usually take to get a ppr after re medical ?

i got it on 18 june, before this they asked me "Proof of Sponsor Residence in Canada".
i sent them , and now immigration officer review my file and asked me about these things
