IQAS ECA timeline tracking

Greetings to all respected members.

I am facing the same issue, much delays from IQAS.
My time line
1. Higher secondary from Institute delivered on 22may
2. Degree from univeristy delivered on 18 may
3. Documents i sent delivered on 27 may
They haven't sent any email of confirmation or documents received.
Do anyone has any idea, when will i get, or shall i call

It usually takes more than a month after they have received your documents for them to send you an e-mail confirming it. In my case, they received my documents on February 21st and only confirmed through e-mail on March 28th. My university documents reached them on February 28th, and the e-mail confirming they received it came on April 18th only. In both cases it took more than a month.

Ya and seems to be slowing down for me I got ECA a month 10 days after AOR 2 but for my wife it has now been more than a month nw .

Hey.. ... I have read about people in this forum who received an ECA already with a latter date of AOR 2. Maybe you should call them, just in case they forgot.

My wife received her AOR2 on the same day I did and already got her ECA a month ago.

I guess that the fact that my ECA is for 2 credentials while hers was only for one may be the reason for this extra time.

I already called and emailed them twice and always got the same answer:

“Applications are currently taking approximately twelve weeks to process after all documents are received, including transcripts. Processing times are an estimate and not a guarantee and do not include mail delivery time.”

Unfortunately, there is nothing else to be done.

I have my ECA from IQAS at that time it was fast.

but now for my CIPS license, I have applied for course by course assessment from IQAS itself.

my application delivered on 24 Jan 2018
and I got AOR on 12 March 2018


and still, I am waiting

now from may onwards whenever I send them an email, they reply me the same

No idea what happened this time and once I called them in may they told me processing time is 13 weeks from AOR. so as my AOR is 12 March and now 13 weeks are done


so I am I alone, or something also stuck with me like this.

Your application is in line for processing to review and validate your educational documents. Upon completion of the assessment, a hard copy of the assessment will be sent by international mail.

IQAS is now slow down their process.

I have my ECA from IQAS at that time it was fast.

My documents were received by 11 May and I got AOR on 15 June. Sit tight

This is the same thing they mentioned in the email i had received. I guess they are speeding up.
