Post Graduate Work Permit Processing Time (PGWP)

Now I am tensed, i have my PR application progressing as-well, i have done a little bit extra work here and there. I applied only in May 28 though. So still gonna take around 2 weeks at-least.

got somme bad news here, one of my friend applied in May 12 got a rejection stating he worked more than what he was suppose to work.

Omg!! So sorry to hear that!
Do you know by chance how many hours per week he actually worked?
And what is he planning to do now?

They started reviewing my application this afternoon and now it’s approved!

I haven’t received any email yet

Applied on May 4th
Application received May 5th

Did he submit his application on the 12 and it was received on the 14? Because May 12 was a Saturday... when did he receive the bad news? Today?

We always get change in status message one day after

No! The only emails I received so far were the submission confirmation and the 30 day-no updates.

That’s so weird I never received a 30-day no updates email... hopefully I will get the PGWP this week! May 14 applicant

Go to your account settings in CIC honepage ...click yes to receive monthly updates....after 5 minutes you will recieve a no update email

This is such bs just checked processing time it went up to 51 days and my study permit expires next Saturday and still have no updates

It was updated on thursday already
