in gcms it says the location: Ready for PS,
what does that mean? can you please explain if you know about it?
I guess PS stands for Pre-arraival Services. You have probably received the pre-arraival email, don't you?
Why did it tke u 21 months to get the passport request?? Is it normal??
Now After I got my CSQ I submitted my federal file with police check , traffic history & driving history, so now we have to go another police check (fingerprint) or other documents also do we have to go for Medicals for kids age under 5 year
What is a pre arrival message???
I don't think it is anything of consequence for inland applicants. Mostly for outland applicants. I think it introduces and informs the applicant about services Canada offers to people who are preparing to come into Canada.
Hi
I would be glad if you can share your timeline.
I am also an inbound application residing in Montreal.

In my GCMS notes, I found the application assignment due date is Aug 31, 2018. Does it mean my application will be finalized by then? did not find the start date of security screening. Thanks.

Hi,
that really depends on the officer. In my case the deadline was February 14, 2018 and still no PPR but for one of my good friends, the deadline was May 2018 but he got PPR in January 2018.
I hope you dont need to wait until august.
Good luck
