Yeah you are right in a way. I just read that they on the CSE page that they won't reply if the application is within the processing time which is 58 days in our case. I think I better wait for 5 more days and send the inquiry.

Calling customer service is waste of time to me. Most of the time agency is clueless as you mentioned.

Yes, it appears that the right hand doesn't know what the left is doing Also the wait time to talk to an agent is ridiculous

Just curious. Does the status of step 'Review of additional documents' change to 'We do not need additional documents' when you see your application status flip to 'Updated?'

Review of additional documents: We do not need additional documents.

I did not see an updated status. But, the status of the additional document step has changed. Does it mean my photos are accepted?

Landed: 12th March. New Photo Delivered: 2nd May. PR Card Delivered last Monday. (You should get approved maximum by next week)
