I know but immigration plays with couples and people lives, as long he's cool and calm that's matter once your done you can move on I always say this process makes your marriage stronger and it makes you as a woman stronger because your fighting for your future
Not in every case. In my opinion long distance relations are hard to deal with. Everyone has different temperament and in my case I have to work very hard to keep the relationship going as it's hard for my wife to stay with her family or my family. She doesn't know where to go and how to wait for another 5-6 months or so..

I sponsored my husband inland spousal sponsorship in dec 15,2015 my husband is from Portugal which is visa exempt plus he was on a work visa and I was his second marriage and he was my first marriage during our process we did not have a relationship interview because we are both Catholic and Portuguese and Canadian divorce laws are the same. And he became a pr on April 28,2017 the only interview we had was the landing interview at cic Etobicoke
My file was with the case analyst since first week of april , then on 17th may I got a reply from lvo that it is in queue to be reviewed by the IO. Are these two different officers ?
It seems so except it's a misconception to believe that they won't request additional documents in the final stage . They can still request, question and arrange interview dates

I agree with Carol. If you can get past such a difficult time. You can pretty much get through anything.

it is not always ideal, what i learnt from distance relationship is to avoid it at any cost. It will give strength to your relationship or it will wreck it beyond words.
most of the time it make things complicated . women are sensitive, they feel company of their husbands, a wise husband will sacrify his sleep and rest to win his marital life. or prefer his sleep and rest and lose everything.
The time difference between Canada and Pakistan is huge, i have to give up many of my business activities to my brothers just to be there for my wife when she is up. this is the least example , it take more

You got it easy Carolbb23, it’s the Outland sponsorship that are suffering because of distance , time difference and long waiting times. I write this as I’m having lunch - alone , without my life partner. I pray everyday that God soften the hearts of VO and everyone is reunited with their loved ones . As it’s hard for some people to go visit their spouses every 6 months or so.

Makes a huge difference, otherwise if you actually visit Pakistan it seems fine but media hypes it up a lot.
