It’s funny how Scarborough is throwing us off guard normally we hear about Email Oath Invite before Ecas update.So applicants check your Ecas never know what is waiting for you.

Logged into ecas today, got this:

We sent you a notice on June 9, 2018 to appear and take the oath of citizenship at the citizenship ceremony to be held on July 1, 2018 at 12:30 PM. The notice you will receive will be your official confirmation of your appointment. If you have not received this notice prior to the date of your scheduled appointment, please contact us.​

Nothing in my email inbox, so I am not sure where the ceremony will be, and obviously no regular mail yet.

October 2017 applicant here. I checked my ecas this morning and it shows I got oat invite yesterday for July 5 in Scarborough. Been in DM about 2.5.

Congrats! I cannot wait to join to citizenship club and having the freedom to travel and not having to renew PR card every 5 years.

It seems Mississauga and Scarborough are still sharing the Judge. In my father's Oath ceremony on June 04 in Mississauga, Judge Wong was the Judge.

It seems Mississauga and Scarborough are still sharing the Judge. In my father's Oath ceremony on June 04 in Mississauga, Judge Wong was the Judge.

New judges' contract starts on 11th June.
