yes i have my EE profile ready just waiting on the chance to submit it, i know its harder as more people will be trying for it. Goddamn these websites, it was pretty disappointing yesterday after trying for 3 hours. I tried even though it said closed, you know, just in case!!

NOC 2174 is not enlisted in Occupation list of SINP
may be you can try for 2173 and for computer engineering background you may have to apply for APEGS.

anyway a need any information about either CIPS or APEGS how could i apply ? their websites are so complicated as they provide services for immigrants and others

Noc 2174 is not in the sinp demad list. So u can't apply.
Only nocs 2173 and 2175 are in the list. Cips license is necessary for them. Takes about 6 months time. U can apply for sinp without license. Have to provide later.
Your ontended NOC 70% job duties must match with their expected showing in the website.

Am a newbie and I want to apply for Sinp but the professional body to assess my profession APEGS say it will take one year for result to come my NOC 2132 ( mechanical engineer). Can I still apply for SINP prior to when APEGS results comes out and can my application be granted before APEGS outcome?
