Hello guys..

I have read on some forum ( https://www.canadavisa.com/canada-i...f-hope-66th-draw.496529/page-218#post-6104694 ) that points can be claimed for articleship experience as it is written in NOC 1111 that Articling students are included in this unit group.

Has anybody claimed points for such exp. ? Pls reply.

Not quite sure about this. But I believe you can claim only if you are a qualified CA.

Yes my friend even i have claim Points for my spouse in express entry NOC 1212 but make sure that you have service agreement from where you have done articleship in CA firm. And the agreement or service letter from ICAI so that definitely you can claim that as work experience.

I'm not sure if article experience can be claimed. Ideally, work experience obtained after the highest qualification is only considered towards the NOC.

Be rest assured that you can claim any experience which is paid can be claimed towards your PR. it doesn't matter if it's an articleship experience.
