Hi there, I received medical request today. However, after I downloaded the "Medical Report Client Biodata and Summary" from my account, I saw the address which has already been filled out by CIC in the report is not my current address. I used this address back in early 2017 when I applied a temporary resident visa.
I rechecked the online tool, it shows both of my home and mailing address are correct, that means I didn't make any mistake in giving CIC my old address when I applied my spousal visa.
So my question is, why did this happen? do I need to inform CIC to correct my address in the medical report, or do I just leave it there. Is it going to be a problem?

Don't think the address will be a problem.........with the exception of the address, other info on the letter like your UCI #, DOB, names etc should be correct............IRCC won't mail you a copy of the medical exam results.........refer the medical letter.
Once your medical examination has been completed the Panel Physician will submit medical results to IRCC for assessment. To obtain a copy of your Immigration Medical Examination please ask the panel physician at the time of your appointment.
However, will advice that you contact IRCC thru IRCC webform about the address and ensure its updated.
