In continuum to my case progress sharing, I have some more news:

Last week I received an E-mail saying my application is at its final stage, requesting me to send my passport, 2 photos, and a copy of that letter.
Although on my Online profile it shows no progress till now, but medicals passed.

2 weeks before they asked for medicals, which I already had ready.

So for now my timetable again :

submission: 10/may/2017
AOR: end of July 2017
Pre arrival letter : Beginning of April/ 2018
Medical and police certificate request : Beginning of May 2018
Passport request : 28.May.

What will be next ?

I don't know if I am in the right place but I am sure that someone can help me answer my question.
I've been living in Quebec for the past 4 years. I studied here and I applied for my CSQ through the PEQ process.
I received my CSQ last week!
I have been actively looking for a job and I got some offers from Toronto.
I am planning to apply for my PR this week, I already have my file complete.
The question is, can I accept a job offer from Toronto and move there while I am between my CSQ and waiting for my PR? It confuses me if I HAVE to stay here in Quebec or I am free to move and accept my job offer.

Don't worry about your CSQ expiring. CIC will get it prolonged for a year directly with MIDI.
Been there, done that. (And still waiting...)

You have to stay in Quebec. You will sign a letter called intention to stay in quebec, in applying for your PR through CSQ. If they understand that you left QC they will contact you asking to go back and if you don't they will reject your application. There were cases that they didn't noticed that the applicant left the province but there's always risk to do so!

Abu Dhabi Visa office is very slow when processing applications one day in any visa office is 10 months in Abu Dhabi I believe.
the majority of paper applicants are still waiting to get the MR for a long time.
My Application processing date started in March 2016
I hope things will change and we can get the MR the PPR ... and one day we can share our landing experience too
