my mom is catholic born in karachi but her people are goan my mom left Pakistan when she was 9 years old her family been in Canada since 1965 but mom has cousin still in karachi plus mom younger sister is born in Canada I am second generation Canadian and my son is third generation Canadian no one in my do not want to visit Pakistan last time they went in 1972 and 1974 thats it

Thought not much is happening on the application front to be honest lol. but still it might deter other people from actually following this group WHICH IS getting relevant info and timelines for PAKISTANI LVO based applications. . I been to Karachi with my mom's parents as a kid had fun mama cousin showed around went to Clifton beach and other places grandpa brother used to live in rawlpindi my mom brother first 12 years went to school in muree cause he had bad asthma

It's actually great that people are getting to know one another. Many became friends because of this forum. There isn't anything wrong with discussing other matters especially when the process sucks

Hang in there ! I’m sure it’s beyond frustrating but ..remember people before us used to wait 24-28 months. Keep praying

Ya but the processing times indicated that as well. Now it's 12 months though I doubt it.

Of course upset, lonely and he regrets letting me go back. What can we do though, he just gives me reassurance by saying everything has a time, Allah will make it happen when it is best for us or whatever is meant to be etc.. He keeps me sane tbh otherwise I would be really frustrated by now. How's your wife feeling about yours ?
