i dont know dear why cic create this isssue for me

actually when i went india in Oct cic called me then i tell him i am in india now , then next day they request me to send my ticket and my bank statements, which i sent them to next week in oct, and now they again asked for my ticket and passport to make sure i am in canada now , everyone surprized why they did it, ut we dont know what they can ask from us till our file in process

Sorry to ask this, are you a PR in canada or a Canadian Citizen? Usually sponsors' with a PR status have to stay in Canada during spousal sponsorship process, however short trips of 2-3 weeks are not an issue.

Maybe CIC wanted to confirm that you will be coming back to Canada so they wanted to check that ur ticket had a return date and it wasn’t a one way ticket? Because if you’re not living in Canada, you need to show proof that you’ll come back and live here after the sponsorship application is approved. Just a thought
