Hi !! Hope everyone is doing well. I need your help. I have applied for my spouse sponsorship PR in January 2018 from Mississauga. My spouse is in India. In April 2018, we were blessed with a boy and i want want to add my son to the application. Could you please tell me what forms to be filled to add my dependent child to the application. Now the application file is in New Delhi.

Does anybody has any idea what all is checked in Eligibility ? Actually, the company I worked for 5 years back is shut down now (Not visible on the website as its still active) and since I have shared that information in the forms, would it matter in any way ? Any help would be appreciated

Are you applying under spousal sponsorship .. If yes then the visa officer mainly check the eligibility as your relationship is its genuine or not? May be other members have another opinions.

Yeah, I have applied under spousal sponsorship, I am concerned about this since we have shared this information under 'Background Declaration' form
