That full time work and part time study, was that here in Canada?

No, its in the country in which i live, i never been to canada and planning to apply for express entry.

You posted in CEC thread which usually requires Canadian Work experience so i had to clarify.

First and for sure. If you have not done it, you will need an ECA report or have WES evaluate your education to confirm the Canadian equivalent.

Second. You have to provide supporting documents for the work you did should you want to claim starting 2015 - that you are hired for that full time experience and is "eligible to practice the given task". Since you mention you have all these (payslips and bank statement and my work description is as per my NOC) you can claim the experience. What CIC requires is its a PAID Work and it matches the duties/description of the NOC.

There is something i don't understand though which I want to ask. Did you get the full time job (auditing) without acquiring first or graduating first the Degree program related to it? From what i know this job is regulated and before you can practice you need some sort of qualifications, but not sure in your country. You may need to explain if thats the case. There might be a concern how will you prove and convince VO for that experience claim.

Also, since this is foreign work experience, this will not be Express Entry under CEC but your case is suited for:
FSW

You are right qualification is required at managerial level but not below that, well i was doing my professional qualification ACCA and after completion of first module i was offered that job and my bachelors is also through acca qualification, i will be completing my acca most probably in december 2018, ,hence i m applying for FSW with bachelors and yes i do have a employment contract plus all the supporting documents which confirms that my experience is full time.

In general, IRCC only considers the requirements for "regulated occupations" for work performed in Canada (e.g. subject to Canadian regulations). They have a hard enough time with the fact that regulations vary by Canadian province, so they are not about to start examining what is regulated in other countries. Having said that, if you do have foreign work experience performed under licence/certificate, that is always a good thing to include in your employment documents ...

Why aren't you sure, what is the confusion?

If you are concerned because you were studying, don't be. IRCC only excludes work experience if you were studying/working IN CANADA under a study permit.

But you would have to find the right NOC and verify that your job duties and responsibilities match with a skilled occupation (NOC O,A, or B). If you can prove it was skilled (employer letter), then you can count it from 2015.

You are right it is regulated job, however qualification is not required for junior level staff, its only required at manager or partner level.
I had a diploma in accounting,so i was able to start practice but for the purpose of FSW i wont be doing the evaluation of diploma as thats not the higher level certificate i have, which is why i took the evaluation from WES for my bachelors degree.
Actually i m confuse because some consultants told me it ll be counted but some said no.

You are right it is regulated job,
I have no idea, you have not provided me with an NOC : )

however qualification is not required for junior level staff,
if it is not required, it is not 'regulated'

its only required at manager or partner level.
then you need to think of those "levels" as different jobs, with potentially different NOCs (because of different level of responsibility).
Regardless, if it was not subject to Canadian regulations, IRCC is not going to look at that.

What reason did they give? I can't think of any reason why it would not count.

I 'll be applying under noc code # 1111 financial auditors.

I think its not regulated in UAE at any level below audit partner but not sure about canada.

Thanks jes_ON for the explanation. I just asked the question me assuming the work was acquired without even graduating any program or degree so i wondered how was he able to practice (especially for type of work that is usually regulated). Since he mentioned that he also got an Accounting Diploma, besides the recently finished degree, it all makes sense now.

Why not???
Ive seen a lot of cases that where a Diploma Program and a Degree was assessed by WES, provided that you sent supporting Transcripts, and both receive ECA reports. Its for WES to decide what is the Canadian equivalency and having Two or more Diplomas affects CRS score.

e.g.

The issue is that my diploma is throgh acca (professional qualification i m doing) it was awarded upon completion of first module and it does not have a separete transcript, transcript available is for all module of acca, hence i wont be able to provide that to WES as it ll be classified as incomplete.

For this reason i took the evaluation of BSC only.

Your comments were very helpful to me thank you so much everyone.
