PNPs take time my friend, as you have submit a whole lot of documents, for provinces above , you require either job confirmation, relatives and deep ties to the province or a degree from the province, and yet they take months scrutinizing everything, have you received an offer from these provinces? Or you would be better off with FSW

Me, even though I got the H1B, no point staying here in the US from a long term perspective. Trump or no Trump, Permanent residency here takes about 12 years to get processed for certain countries.

But my relative got study visa recently with 7 yrs gap... only thing she belongs to nursing line.

Obama’s administration came up with a nonsensical way to allot H1B work visa based on a lottery system. I being unlucky can’t work in the US anymore and I am immigrating to Canada instead.

Soon it wil b points based system like canada n australia.

IT companies have exploited h1 system n workd as immigration agents to send ppl out there in bulk.

If they really want to send specialist employees, they can use L1 route. Nothing has been blocked but misuse.

There is NO req for 6 mnths statements. It is 6 mnths Average balance on bank letterhead. Thats it.

So funds don't have to be in my account for up to 6 months? Please help clarify, as my brother plans to send the needed funds to my account once I get an ITA. My CRS Score is 438. Hope that wont cause any delay.
