It is most likely the user did not update the date of his IP2. No one can will be allowed in the country without thorough vetting which means Background Checks, even if they have diplomatic immunity.

No one knows what all stages they went through post IP1. However, two scenarios have emerged.

1. AOR --> MEP --> RPRF (optional) --> IP1 --> PPR mail

2. AOR --> MEP --> RPRF (optional) --> IP1 --> PPR mail --> IP2

All the checks and measures are being done as always and according to their norms. However, the status is not changing as earlier.

If you are writing in Apr 2018 AoR thread it is self evident.

“Self evident”? not really! I had just said that i know two guys from a whatsapp group who received ppr directly after IP1.
Going by your logic, do I assume that you don’t post in any other AOR thread?

Heart says there will be progress for April AOR Applicants this week onwards.

Logic/Mind says look at the pending applications from January till March and be your own judge.

There's no specific time frame for stages buddy. Just be patient and PPR will be there very soon
