The book is not mailed unless you request a physical copy. IRCC just sends you the link for the online copy.

Updated. Congrats. How did you know your application is still in NS?

I asked the agent when I called this morning to ensure all my contact info is up to date and removed all invalid contact info from my PR application... she was able to tell me my file was still in NS, when I asked her. While I was on hold, I logged into ecas and noticed the IP line was added to my file( must had happened between midnight and 7 am...it was already there before I talked to the agent...so, my call didn't trigger it).

I ordered one and it took just 12 days...I am in Toronto and it was shipped from Kanata, Ontario. Might be 2 weeks if you're outside of Ontario.
