oct 2017 applicant. got GCMS notes today, nothing special. nothing started. in notes from december it just mentions they "rcved fee and that they requested medical, sponsor is canadian citizen, when sponsor landed, when the wedding happened and that sponsor submitted proof of relationship marriage cert, cnic, copy of nikka nama with registry seal, nadra marriage cert and photos showing nikka nama signing, and says case held as per cpcm back office pilot. (i think this backoffice thing is for when they were checking me as sponsor before transfer to lvo)
my take of this is that they look for nikanama signing photos upclose, so that is important for everyone to send to them and they look for the seals/stamps on the nikkah nama.
nothing has been done at LVO, i believe above notes were from CPC-M. last update i see was when i sent them documents in April of applicant name change.
Same stated in my notes when i ordered in Jan 2018.i never order notes after that
It has been almost 6 months since my spouse’s medical exam began in Pakistan. After a Left upper lobe shadow (consolidation), she has since gone multiple tests/investigations to rule out Tuberculosis. Sputum Cultures, multiple chest X-Rays, CT scan and multiple chest specialist appointments. And all of them have ruled out any kind of infectious disease, however she yet again received another furtherance letter on May 18th, 2018 for further tests. Please see below timeline:
December 28th, 2017 - First medical exam request from CIC
January 9th, 2018 – Had her first tests and Chest Xray at IOM Karachi Migration Health Assessment Center. Chest X-Ray was not cleared.
January 15th, 2018 - Furtherance letter for further medical test
January 23, 24th and 25th, 2018 - sputum test for TB. All normal (3 months wait time and repeat Chest Xray on April 9th, 2018)
January 29th, 2018 - chest specialist appointment. And he cleared me.
April 9th, 2018 - My sputum test was clear and repeated my chest X-Ray
April 20th, 2018 – Furtherance letter for further medical test. Went for CT Scan.
May 8th, 2018 – CT Scan of the chest result and Chest specialist appointment -> Mentioned some old resolving shadow but no symptoms and all clear
MAY 18TH, 2018 – Furtherance letter for further medical exam
How long will this go on for when she is cleared for any infectious pathology such TB. There is small little shadow in the LUL without any symptoms at all. Please help me. Thank you.
Are you a second marriage case as well? And do you have significant age difference with your spouse? Almost 11 months and no response. This is stupid. Canada really need to get their act together when it comes to spouse sponsorship. Please let me know about teh above questions because I might be in the same boat. And this boat seems rocky.
yes i m 2nd marriage case.. divorced in canada and remarried in pakistan but my 2nd is was unmarried and never got married before...yes age difference is huge almost 15 years
Some of them do have movement I do not understand what they're doing. At least it should be with case analyst or something awaiting review from an immigration officer. Really frustrated

The election is provincial though not federal, it shouldn't impact this
true but some how they are connected through immigration certain parties

Come on man...its a prestige club! LVO treats us VIP. They are very gentle with us. They don't rush into anything. They take their sweat time when dealing with our applications.
Luckily, I have not had any anxiety attacks yet as I applied recently (Feb 2018). My timeline is in the tracking sheet.

@salmanmahmood mene aik mistake kerdi, police certificate country ka chahiye, not city. agar app kisi country me rahay hain 6 months se zada to wahan ka police certificate chahiye. lahore ya karachi ka nai. unhonay guide me and checklist me country likha hai, city nahin.

I think its of the city u hv lived at .. not whole pakistan .. n i believe if u hv lived in a city more than 6 months u hv to get a pcc of each of that city ..

In Pakistan, if you live in different cities for more than 6 months then you have to provide the police clearance from each city.
