You have posted the same thing 5 times now. Since you have a lawyer, why not ask him/her?? He/she can check your GCKey and tell you the status. I doubt it will go into bgc that quick but you never know. You are a 2nd marriage case so I highly doubt it.

And since when is there an automated system that updates you on your application ? That doesn't make sense to me at all, if it was that easy why would people be sending emails and waiting an entire month? I could be wrong...

i believe their automated messaging system linked to GCKEY, in my case when i listen to automated message, it tells the same to same whatever is their in GCKey.

Guys,

I'm a bit confused and want your expert opinion. It's been 1 year for my application and I was asked to do remedical which was done on April 30 ( last month). Unfortunately my chest x ray came out abnormal and was asked to do sputum test along with culture. But my sputum smear test came out negative and culture result will come out after 2 months. This is what I read on different forums as well ad IOM staff told the same.
Now I got passport request on May 17 and I'm a bit confused how can they ask for passport when my culture result is still awaited? I had read on forums that they don't make a decision until culture result is out. Please share your experience ( if any)

keep doing whatever they asks you to do ... if requesting passport submit ..who cares..never know in few days your passport get stamped with visa..

Thats correct. I have checked this myself. It reads you the same lines as on your GCkey. Humy, you can dial in and check it out.

Hi everyone! I’m an October 2017 applicant and my file was transferred to LVO on February 1, 2018. The automated phone system (and GCKEY too, I’m assuming) says that both eligibility and bcg check are underway. I know this is different from most other’s timelines, where bcg check is one of the very last things to happen. Is there anyone in the same boat as me, or can anyone shed light on what will happen next with my application?

lol...he does not have access to GCKey because he has a lawyer...and thats why I was suggesting him to ask his lawyer to link/check his GCkey, but he is saying that no one can link it (I'm pretty sure lawyer can).

yes 10 months (July 18th, 2017) when they received my application. 8 months since my file moved to Lazy Visa Office (LVO)

Mines going to be 11 soon enough LOL and it's still as dead as ever that's why I decided to add extra photos and boarding pass maybe they'll possibly touch it then...

i call automated system when i m free and nothing to do OR in washroom boring so i dial and listen to this automated system which is like DEAD since July 2017, they day i linked my application to GCKEY..10 months GCKEY has the same status....same as automated system as they both are linked to each other!
