Yup mine was 10 months the beginning of this month and NO MOVEMENT!
As if it isn't bad enough they made us wait so long that they start uselessly asking for additional bs. Honestly just harassing people, nothing else. I feel like all the people's files that were delayed so much are going to be required to face that unfortunately.
It all depends on the visa officer.
My friend applied in august.she got an adr in feb. just got her stamped passport today.

My husband recently came and visited Pakistan for a month, should that information be sended to LVO to update the file? Or no?
yes it will help your case, you can email them pictures of both of you together and his ticket copies and boarding passes. there is a file size limit of 5mb for email and webform, if your submission will be bigger than that, you can mail them the info to LVO.
Oh really? We had a really hard time with Nadra, they were saying we cannot accept your religious ceremony and you have to do a court marriage as well. So we did that just to cover our bases, I hope all of this doesnt cause any confusion or delays with CIC
Interesting ! We didn’t have any problems registering the marriage with Nadra, we were in Lahore though , not sure if that makes a difference regarding Nadra

They are now a days keep the time to 11 months i think. i received letter from them to prove sponsor is in canada. i sent them documents, now how much time they will take to respond after this, nobody knows.

Oh strange, ours was in Karachi ......The person in Nadra told us that the law only acknowledges Islamic Law and for all other religions they must show proof of a religious ceremony and then do a court marriage in order to get a marriage certificate. I feel like every person has their own version god knows what the actual process is, that goes for CIC too
Hi everyone! I’m an October 2017 applicant and my file was transferred to LVO on February 1, 2018. The automated phone system (and GCKEY too, I’m assuming) says that both eligibility and bcg check are underway. I know this is different from most other’s timelines, where bcg check is one of the very last things to happen. Is there anyone in the same boat as me, or can anyone shed light on what will happen next with my application?
Hi guys. My husband background has started from monday after almost 11 months but now i heard thet LVO is checking travel history in background. Is it true? Any suggestion?
It all depends on the visa officer.

I don't think so, I feel like they put some aside that need more info in their perspective and become picky over those.
