Today, I have applied for the passports at Whitby Passport office after taking an Oath on Wed. She said it will be delivered within 10 days. Eagerly waiting
Not sure what do you mean by "suggest for test"? If you are asking how to prepare, read the book (discover Canada) carefully 2-3 times, answer as many online tests as you can, download test apps on your phone.
If I get my citizenship May 29, how unlikely is it that I can vote in the June 7th election? Probably impossible, right because I can't register to vote until I have citizenship?

Take your Citizenship certificate and address proof to election booth. You should be able to vote even if your Oath was on June 07. Election officer can register you on spot and let you vote. I had done the same and voted in Municipal elections a while back.

If you are able to Register after your Oath on May 29, do so. Also, in case, you do not get Voter card before June 07, then take your Citizenship and Residence proof documents to vote on June 07.
A question to all people who have done their tests in Scarborough. How long does it take to finish the test + interview (like entering in the CIC's office and leaving).
I think the situations is a quite similar to all places. 1h for the exam and 1/2 waiting and 15 min for the interview. 2.5 to 3 hours is more than enough.
