I mean wasn’t 6 months by May 2017 when we submitted his files. Certainly more than 6 months now

Thats when the secondary office created, it doesn’t have anything to do with your application, it is same as everyone.

You need to look into your file location?
Whether its in ottawa or in transit or still in nova Scotia?
