What is the average processing time these days for Pakistani applicants? Does it make a difference if you apply inland ?

My case is second marriage case whereas its my wife's (sponsor's) first marriage.
I have submitted NADRA divorce certificate along with a Manual certificate from Secretary Union Council stating all details of divorce and failed reconciliation on that certificate. I got this document translated in english with notarized photocopy of original.
Is it enough as its what they ask in divorce cases on country specific document requirements.
Or I have to send full union council file to them including notices and all process adopted by Union Council?
Please guide?

2nd Marriages cases are taking a bit longer because:
1.) they have to make sure that previous relationship is completely finished because Canada donot accept polygamy.
2.) In case of woman 2nd marriage, they want to confirm there is nothing as claims for custody of kids, or any other issues related to divorce etc.
3.) 2nd Marriage they looking for previous sponsorship as well, if he/she sponsored someone and soon after sponsor they divorced then they doubt this person as sponsorer of people for canada in cover of marriage. They clarify this kind of situation in detail.

there may be other reasons , This is what i heard from lawyer. He said the serious one among 2nd marriages are with kids and custody issues.

1. How they going to make sure that previous relationship/marriage completely finished? Applicants sending/providing Canadian Divorce Certificate and if divorce happened in Pakistan then Union Council Issued Divorced Certificate so what is the issue here ?
2. How they want to confirm? If Sponsor is a woman or man, and divorced with Kids, then before approving Sponsor by CPC-M, they should asks all these kids custody question, or asks for Separation documents court orders etc about the custody of kids?
3rd point - yes that is valid and make them suspicious!

Hello Guys,
September 26th,2017 applicant here.
I'd like to update that I sent voluntary information on 19th April regarding sponsor's trip to visit PA for 13 days. Also provided updated proof of communication and proof of an instance where sponsor supported PA. Pictures were also included taken during this trip.

i have no heard of PA contacting MP. the sponsor will need to contact their local MP

Think of it this way .. PA isnt a canadian citizen or immigrant yet, so why would the MP listen to the PA?
