I submitted my passports for CoPR stamping at VFS New Delhi, over a month ago and the application was approved almost 3 weeks back. I am still awaiting the passport return tracker to be activated. VFS tracking status from this morning says the passports are being processed at the New Delhi VISA Office and this has been the status ever since.
I am worried whether the passports are misplaced. How can I find the reason as to why the passports are not released even after 3 weeks since approval and who can I approach for a resolution? VFS New Delhi does not know anything more than what their status message says and the Canadian High Commission in New Delhi does not entertain any queries related to VISA or passports.
